Damage During Shipping

We pack and cushion our shipments with great care. However, due to the delicate nature of the insects, it cannot be completely ruled out that individual parts may become detached or break during transit.

In the event of minor damage, we will provide instructions that will usually allow you to fix it easily yourself. A full refund or replacement is often disproportionate in cases of minimal damage and would involve a further risk of damage during additional transportation.

Important Information About Delivery Times

The stated processing and delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, as well as during extreme weather conditions. Customs clearance in the destination country may also cause delays.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect it or refusal to pay customs charges, the shipping provider will charge us a return fee. If you would like us to ship your order again, we will have to charge you the following costs:
