There are no customs or import fees for deliveries within the EU. In all other countries, local customs authorities may charge fees and import sales tax, which you must pay.

Complaints & Damage
If your items were damaged during shipping, please let us know no later than the next day after receipt and send us photos of the damage and the shipping packaging.
